domestic real estate markets.
Our services consist of two main business lines:
Commercial Real Estate:
Through direct acquisition of domestic and international distribution and warehouse centers,
located strategically within the proximity of busy container ports around the globe, we believe
such points of ownership bring added value to our customers.
Ownership of such properties not only ensures the origination point for export of container
shipping, but also the point of destination for imports.
In addition, we believe that the continued expansion and integration of our global economy will
result in a rise of goods being shipped from East to West and vice versa, making the ownership
of both entry and exit locations extra valuable.
Such value is increased through the flexibility of the commercial real estate. Our properties
are multifunctional and can be used as a distribution center as well as warehousing for shipping.
In addition, our technology for managing such locations is based on the latest GPS guidance
systems, which facilitates easy container tracking and movement.
Property Management:
Global Property Portfolio, LLC will manage all properties on behalf of the company and its
investors/members and will act as the designated property manager.
Our local staff is responsible for the day-to-day management of the properties and maintains
the relationship with the lessees to address any issues pertaining to the lease or building
maintenance.
Our headquarters, located in Savannah, manages all relationships with investors/members and
oversees all distributions of income to our investors/members.
In addition, we are well positioned to provide consulting services to all our investors/members
given our extensive international background and our familiarity with local markets, customs and
cultures.
